About Sherman Oaks, CA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Sherman Oaks is a neighborhood in Los Angeles located in the San Fernando Valley (also known by locals as “The Valley.”)  In comparison to the rest of the valley, this neighborhood is quite urbanized with large buildings and a good deal of commercialism.  There are many affordable condominium and apartment homes as well as ranch homes and 8 public schools in addition to 7 private schools.  This is an affluent area as is most of L.A., but it is less expensive than some of the better known neighborhoods such as Beverly Hills and Bel Air.  The area still enjoys the gorgeous Southern California weather, however and is still convenient to the center of Los Angeles where you will find celebrities, movie and film studios and more.

Within Sherman Oaks you will find “The Village at Sherman Oaks” which is a pedestrian and family-friendly shopping area. You can walk around the shopping center on a gorgeous, sunny L.A. day and check out the wide array of shops that it has to offer or you can enjoy a yoga session or get your dry cleaning done.  There is a bit of everything here.

If you love to shop but want to check out some slightly more luxurious stores then a short drive to Beverly Hills will allow for that.  The weather is always perfect for a day walking around Rodeo Drive. There, you will find a wide array of high end shops, boutiques and stores including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Brooks Brothers and Burberry.  You can then dine at one of the delicious Beverly Hills eateries along this famous road.

Of course, there is more to do than just shop and spend money in this great town.  If there is one thing that there is no shortage of in L.A., it is entertainment, music, film and art. It’s a cultural center with much to do, see and enjoy.   Take in a show at The Grauman’s Chinese Theatre (now known as the “TCL Theatre”) which has been converted to an IMAX Theatre.  You can also enjoy the perpetually pleasant weather at an outdoor concert at the Hollywood Bowl.  For an indoor concert, check out The Walt Disney Concert Hall or The Kodak Theatre (now called “The Dolby Theatre”).
